School Based Concussion Management Team: The Athletic Trainer’s Perspective

Join us for a 1-hour webinar on Wednesday, September 19 at 11:00 am Pacific Time with Ricky Rodriguez, M.Ed., ATC, CSCS, ITAT.

Ricky RodriguezRicky Rodriguez is certified as an ATC with the Board of Certification (BOC) and registered with the State of Oregon Health Licensing Office as an Athletic Trainer. Previously, he held the position of head athletic trainer at Willamette High School and Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland and for the past five years has been with Springfield High School. Graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training in 2005, as well as a Master of Education in Secondary Education. Ricky also is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2016 and the regional OSAA ImPACT Trained Athletic Trainer (ITAT) for the Eugene/Springfield area.

Mr. Rodriguez will be discussing the School Based Concussion Management Team and the athletic trainer’s perspective. Participants will be encouraged to actively provide information and solutions to questions.
